South Australia is becoming a hotbed for innovation in the field of cyber security, thanks to the collaboration between CyberArk and the Australian Cyber Collaboration Centre (A3C).
The two organisations have come together to create a “new frontier” of cyber security in Australia, offering cutting-edge solutions that will help protect businesses from internal and external threats.
“As Australia and the rest of the world is faced with emerging cyber threats, especially targeted at critical infrastructure industries, it is more important than ever to foster a collaborative network of industry and emerging leaders in the sector to build stronger resilience capabilities with the right tools and knowledge for organisations to operate safely in the digital economy,” Thomas Fikentscher, Regional Director of Australia and New Zealand, CyberArk said.

The Australian Cyber Collaboration Centre supports the development of Australia’s cyber community by encouraging collaboration, innovation, and enterprise to prosper in the challenging environment of security threats.
It is a component of LotFourteen, a premier innovation hub in South Australia that addresses complex global problems to improve everyone’s economic, social, and cultural well-being.
The idea for Lot Fourteen was first developed in 2015. It is a growing innovation and high-tech area with $400 million in industry investment, $750 million in state money, and support from the federal government. Through partnership, innovation, research, teaching, and commercialisation are intended to be accelerated.
The collaboration between CyberArk and the Australian Cyber Collaboration Centre is an excellent example of how public-private partnerships can help create meaningful change in the field of cyber security.
