Vectra AI has been the market leader in AI detection and response. Could it retain its market leadership over other proliferating AI solution providers in the ever-fast-changing cyber environment?

In 2022, Vectra AI saw a triple-digit increase compared to the baseline year of 2021, as security leaders worldwide chose them to secure their organisations. It has already announced considerable growth in the first half of 2022.

Kevin Kennedy, the author of the Vectra AI Blog, cites a Peel Hunt analyst report that states that 91% of clients who have to select between Vectra and a direct competitor choose the former. Users leave high marks in favour of Vectra, particularly its innovative and user-friendly features.

Innovation and expansion have driven the company’s continual growth over the years. It spent over 40% of its revenue on Research and Development as it saw significance in advancing innovation. In terms of expansion, Vectra AI holds on to expand its product portfolio while upgrading better solutions.

Vectra AI acquired Siriux Security Technologies, a provider of identity and software as a service (SaaS) posture management. This decision has placed them as the sole provider of secure configuration and detection of active threats in cloud identity and SaaS applications. Moreover, it caused a significant increase in its customers across financial services, government, manufacturing, and large enterprises.

Vectra Worldwide Channels Chief Randy Schirman underscored the company’s ongoing market and brand expansion in the Asia Pacific through a broader network of international systems integrators and service providers.

Meanwhile, David Sajoto, Regional Vice President of the Asia Pacific and Japan, reiterated that as the cyber climate changes drastically, the need for advanced security solutions is indispensable as cyber-attacks persist in online intrusion.

“Just as organisations across Australia and New Zealand evolve their traditional ways of working, it’s also critical their security posture is robust enough to keep pace and overcome modern cybersecurity challenges,” said Sajoto.
